A friend of mine informed me that the M1A he's been wanting is out of his price range, so he's decided an M1 from the CMP is an acceptable alternate. We'll be driving to the store to choose them (I'll be getting one also) in the Spring.

Neither of you will be disappointed, they are amazing rifles.
