It's right smack in the middle of National Radio Quiet Zone to protect the nearby National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO). No cellphone towers within 50 miles. It also won't go for $1m either. Some *-wing org will buy it or someone like the Moonies will.
No cellphone service doesn't sound so bad on some days.
