Very nice, +1 for South Dakota. Here in CA, our CCW's are "may issue," are only good for 2 years, in many of the metropolitan counties need a valid "good cause" statement, and many of them even have a restriction of "During the course and scope of business." Mine has no restrictions.

Washington State $32 to renew for 5 years. $52.50 for a new CPL. If you're a little late renewing it's $42. Where I got mine they laminated it for free.
