I really like the ratio of information and humor in your posts. Only one question? Should you surrender to the urge to fire both barrels with double 00 buck into the scum bag that invaded not only your clearing but your new house and miss will Jake be able to take the dog for a walk through the hole in the siding?
 You would not want them walking thru the remains of the POS after you have clubbed him into strawberry jam with that Chinese cowboy thunder stick bludgeon.
