Saw another article yesterday where they have a ban on Scouts shooting each other with water guns, because Scouts are "kind" and shooting someone (with a water gun) isn't very kind. They have also banned water balloons larger than a golf ball.
I think I'd rather get hit by a water balloon than a golf ball
