Of course in your roundabout way you bring up Florida again?
'I can't blame this on Florida'? If true why even bring it up? You seem to have some axe to grind against us who are more lucky and free than you are. People usually criticize things they envy or are jealous of. So thanks for posting an 8 month old story in an effort to not blame Florida one more time.
