A friend of mine, in Fl, is fighting for custody of his granddaughter in NJ. Anybody know of a good attorney up there?

Ok, that's good. That's Essex County, a bordering county.
Let me ask around. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Well, attorneys are like sharks in that they hang within their own cesspool.
There's two avenues I check into; 1. I train with a civil attorney who does most of his work in Essex County. Newark is the county seat and where the courthouse is located. (As I typed this I already reached out to him.) 2. I'll ask either some of the attorney's I work work as well as some of the more respected defense attorneys.
