ETA: read the whole thread, glad to hear Arnold is doing better.

Sorry you're going to miss Brownie's training but you need to take care of yourself and rest, without health we have nothing.

Well, it's Will Farugia's training I'm missing. It was an FOF class being held at the same facility. The second time it was missed.

But I'm doing better this morning. A few "rumblings" along the same portion of intestine that was painful initially, but I think that's just some left over "soreness." We'll see how things go. I think if it were anything truly serious, I'd still be in a ton of pain.
