Yes, but the VA would just screw it up. Better to sell the prime real estate and give the money directly to Veterans. Also, collect the damn parking tickets the " diplomats" having been getting away with for years.

Ensure every veteran has the choice to seek care at the VA or at a private service provider of their own choice. Under a Trump Administration, no veteran will die waiting for service.
