OK - I've finished the prototype, and think I'm close (but, Dave gets the final say on that). Couple of things, the stitching is pretty sloppy, I was just trying to make sure it works; it's not dyed cause I didn't want to wait; I didn't use my vacuum press for molding (just lazy); and I know it's a righty - I need to make sure I've got the pattern right, then I'll flip it over.
Anyway, here's the pattern I came up with: ![]() Here's the parts cut out: ![]() Front view, with a gun and a "belt": ![]() and a back view: ![]() A couple of things I noticed - the belt slot and "tunnel" are too small for a thick belt. My carry belt is 1/4" thick, and it should fit one of my belts right? Also, I think the belt slot is too close to the edge - I need to make it just a tad wider throught that area. Anyway, take a look, Dave, and let me know what needs to be changed. Please don't be shy. Lane
