Nice thread.

My first 1911 was purchased from a friend and it was a Kimber Custom Stainless Target ll (long name, lol). After that purchase I knew I was hooked and started to look on a couple of 1911 forums for knowledge. I spent a couple of years just lurking and learning. I met on another forum and after a while he invited me to COTEP. The rest is history recorded on this forum.
