Well, wish me more luck, then. Today is "closing" day on the HEI. The mobile Notary arrives at 10a, this morning. After which there is a 3 day rescission period. After that, the funds are supposed to arrive in my checking acct via wire transfer.

Whatever you did, it worked! The $$$ are in my checking acount! Well, most of it (already did my Amazon Spree ). Now, I clean up all my revolving debt and after that, it's on to Gunbroker.

Well, wish me luck. The roofing materials have arrived and are now sitting atop my old roof. Thus, sometime this week (depending on weather forecasts), a crew will arrive to install the new roof. I hope it's Wed/Thr (08/10 - 08/11) as the chances for PM Thunderbumpers are far less those two days (23-24% respectively) than Mon./Tue (45-55%).
