After high school I worked for my fathers marine canvas company and had a small vinyl graphics business doing mostly boat names and DOT numbers. In 2006 my father gave me a beer brewing kit for Christmas. I really enjoyed brewing and became very good at it do I decided to attend culinary school and open a brewery restaurant afterwards. During college I worked for the Bluegrass Brewing Company at the main production facility learning beer brewing on a large scale. I am currently a chef at 610 magnolia some of you may have heard of the owner he came in 5th on the seasons Top Chef. His name is
Lee he also was nominated for a James Beard award for this year. As for me I'm still waiting in the right opportunity to break away and start that brewery restaurant. Oh and lastly I will soon be a father my wife is due July 7 th!!
