Default 9mm load

Does anyone have a load sucessful load for the 9mm using winchester WSF?
I recently switched from w231 for the slower burning wsf and before I load I was trying to get a heads up on an accurate load.

125 grn LRN
CCI small pistol primers
@ 1.25 OAL

Any suggestions?

I wish I could suggest something to you Travis, but reloading 9mm isn't something I regularly do. I reload for cost effectiveness / practice, and mostly in .45acp and. .357mag. I have all the dies for 9mm, and a whole bunch o boolits, but when I can still buy 50 for 9.99 on sale, I can't see spending the time and energy.

But perhaps with the continuing administration, and the fast approaching December 21st end of the mayan calender thang... I should reappraise my decisions... hmmmmm....

Yes, that is the case for a. Lot of people with 9mm. I only do so for precision. I find that a lot of factory ammo is so inconsistent. I just like to get those groups as tight as possible. With the time I spend reloading, I break even. But its a hobby and it goes alo g with my control freak personality!

I have found a bunch of suggestions from other internet sources, I just do not like putting a lot of stock in some forums. Everyone seems to have the best load and the most experience, but I rather find good results.

T.... I'd be interested in what YOUR favorite load is for the 9mm. If I like the recipe, I'll load up 10, try it out... then load 50 and try it again. I'm always looking for a good recipe!

All my loading stuff is put up for the time being. I might have tried wsf in the past and wrote it down.

I'm curious, were you not having luck with your W231 with 125gr 9MM loads? I use HP38/w231 with 122's-125's at 3.7gr from a 5" 1911 and it seems to work fairly well.... Mine is a "well oiled machine" though and this is a very low-power practice load and tends to stovepipe in my friend's guns but mine loves it :-) what charge were you running?
