I use Mobil 1. Fp 10, Miltec should work fine. Something that will stay put for a while. They sometimes have a burr that you can't see or they will seize if not well lubed. Ask me how I know! Good insurance. I have actually done it twice.

I use Wilson Combat Ultimalube Universal. Cross between a grease and an oil. Stays in place. On parts that slide I use that. on parts that rotate, I just use Hpooe's oil
