I have an Excel spreadsheet that I use that I've really liked. It has several cost calculators, a conversion calculator, velocity calculator, log, and some nifty label templates that allow you to print off nice labels to put on boxes of completed ammo. I didn't create it - I think I found it at Handloader.net.
