Angry VA wants personal information in exchange for free gun locks

Quote:
The Veterans Administration is offering free gun locks to former military members -- but wants some key personal information in exchange.

Veterans have received forms recently from the VA with an enticing offer of up to four gun locks. The only catch… they need to return a completed form listing their name, address and the number of guns in the home, according to the Washington Times.

The biggest pain in the a** you'll probably ever have to deal with watches you from the mirror every morning.

Good judgment comes from experience, and most of that comes from bad judgment.

I know a Marine who is now being denied gun purchases due to PTSD. They know who is claiming PTSD, now they want to know who has guns. I agree, Howard, there is an ulterior motive.....disarming.

There's nothing to make anyone respond to it.

I have some extra gun locks (every one I ever got that I haven't already given away) if anyone wants some.

No questions asked.

A gun is a tool, no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.

And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be.
In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti.
