Default A must read

http://dailycaller.com/2012/04/20/an...-another-bank/

Monday I will try to reach this mfctr. to confirm this story. If true I'd like to speak with Fidel, too... If you own the banks do you eventually own everything?

From McMillan International's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/McMillanGroupInternational):

McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, McMillan Firearms Manufacturing, McMillan Group International have been collectively banking with Bank of America for 12 years. Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking came to my office. He scheduled the meeting as an “account analysis” meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them. He spent 5 minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last 5 years and have become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories.
At this point I interrupted him and asked “Can I possible save you some time so that you don’t waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer what my business.”
“That is correct” he says.
I replied “That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a 2nd Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You won’t mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone one I know that BofA is not firearms industry friendly?”
“You have to do what you must” he said.
“So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right?”
Mr Fox confirmed that it was. At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing let for him to say.

I think it is import for all Americans who believe in and support our 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms should know when a business does not support these rights. What you do with that knowledge is up to you. When I don’t agree with a business’ political position I can not in good conscience support them. We will soon no longer be accepting Bank of America credit cards as payment for our products.

We need to make sure NRA and everyone else knows this story. Unfortunately, the LSM won't tell the story.

What's next, the electric companies refusing to supply power to Colt or maybe the phone companies denying service to our pals at Dan Wesson. ... but we can't profile as LEOs or TSA ...

Mexico sucks and Canada is nearly communist ... we are out of options!

They're gonna try to back door the gun manufacturers and gun owners. Wasn't B of A one of the banks bailed out with OUR tax dollars?? Weren't they also one of the first ones to impose all those superfluous fees on their customers? Maybe if all 2nd Amendment supporters stopped doing business with B of A, they'll feel it in their wallet.

Good point but HOW do we reach all 2nd Amendment supporters? Heck, we can't reach all the members of COTEP. This Country is being stolen as we watch with eyes wide open and do nothing about it. I mean, don't you feel completely helpless. How can so many Americans be so deluded? How do you enlighten the unenlightened? Our grandchildren's future depends on it.

As for BofA, they could care less about small companies or us individually. This is true of all large banks. This is why we have seen a resurgence of small Community Banks over the past decade. They are service driven not system driven. BTW, these small community banks were deprived any bailout assistance. So, how do we make the Big Banks squeal? I am willing to bet the future of Community Banks and Credit Unions is going to get brighter.

I belong to a Credit Union and have for many years. You can't compare the amount of service you get compared to the big banks, mainly because Credit Unions are basically owned by the members.
