Any of you guys carry a Star PD? When I need to go with a deep conceal or when I just feel a little lazy I like to carry my nice little Star PD in 45acp.

Nope, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express
![]() Actually, I don't have a PD but I do have a Star .22 I picked up in Texas in 1964 or 1965. It has had zero maintenance and shows it. The front sight was filed in half by a previous owner, the rear sight fell out many years ago, the bluing on one side is gone because it got wet under the seat of my '62 Buick Special station wagon that leaked like a sieve and the safety spring wants to fly because the wooden grip is worn down on that side. Darn thing is it goes bang each and every time, no FTE or FTF or anything. It just keeps ticking. I've had sporadic thoughts of trying to find enough parts to rebuild it then realize it would lose it's 'charm' if I did. Besides, I paid all of $10 for it way back when!
