for loading their AR and 55gr bullets?

Only for 6.8 SPC loads but may try it for 223. Hodgdon load data shows 21 to 23 gr for the 55s (lower for the Barnes)

i use it in my savage 223 and it works well with all my 55 grain bullets.i use 23 grains with wsp and either a 55 grain fmj or vmax.it seems to be a stable powder that isn't affected by temp changes and is very accurate out of my rifle.
