Default DW Grips question

While surfing the web for grips for the VBOB I'm finding few specifically designed for this piece. Sarge offers them, but of course he is sold out. His site states many of his regular bobtail grips won't fit the VBOB. For those who know, what makes this gun different grip-wise from other bobtails? Anybody other than Sarge offer VBOB grips? (I don't mean to insult our inhouse grip masters, just don't know if y'all make these grips. Please chime in if you do) Thanks.

BTW, not a big fan of VZ types. I prefer wood or bone or horn...

Mods: please change the title to read "Grips" instead of "Drips" lol

I read once why he says some of his grips won't work on the vbob but I can't remember now why.

all my bobtail grips seem to work just fine on a vbob.

I've got boxes and boxes of wood and can order some stag, elk antler or Giraffe bone .

I have this set finished and for sale, wouldn't take much to bobtail them.
