First thing, I called my dad a veteran of Vet Nam. I always thank veterans every day I come across them so that is nothing different but usually I go home and help my dad put out the flags in our small town..but couldn't make it this year.
Took Kaden and the wifey for a bike ride pick nick by our vets park (we usually go to this park because is close and has great kids play things) but about the time we got finished eating and going off to play about 25 Ukrainians showed up with loud music and thing it was very disrespectful. They parked on the grass and didn't respect others, after we left I did call the police and watched the show from a distance. They made them leave, it was great. Why can't people just be nice?! I love patriotic holidays! Should have one once a week!
